Shipping Terms

Your order

All orders are processed and shipped from our Fenton, MI location within 48 hours of the order being placed for all items in stock.  Any back order or special order items will be shipped as they are made or received.  All packages will be sent via UPS delivery unless otherwise requested.  Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. For larger packages the shipping charge may need to be altered and we will contact you at the time of shipping for any additional charges.  

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.

Shipping within the United States

We ship via UPS to all 50 states and US territories. All orders are shipped insured and with tracking information. 

Shipping Internationally

We do ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at check out, please enter in your shipping destination. Flaretite Inc is not responsible for any extra taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country.  At this time we are not able to provide exact delivery time frames for all destinations, please allow up to 1 to 2 weeks.  In addition some international shipments may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee additional duties charges or customs delays. We can suggest for you to contact your local customs office for any additional information.

Returns/Exchanges

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at sales@flaretite.com, and we will gladly issue a credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. If a return is approved, the item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original, undamaged packaging, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.
